We choose the device based on user count and use case, not on what's in stock:
- Small office or villa (under 30 users): ZKTeco SF200 or F18 — fingerprint plus PIN, standalone or networked.
- Mid-size office (30 to 200 users): ZKTeco MB360 or SpeedFace V5L — fingerprint plus card plus face, with attendance reports.
- Warehouse and multi-door setup: InBio controllers with door sensors, electric strikes, exit buttons, and a dedicated Windows server running ZKTeco BioTime.
- Enterprise or compliance-driven: SpeedFace V5L Pro with mask and temperature detection, Emirates ID integration, and full audit logs.
Civil Defence and Compliance Notes (Important for Abu Dhabi)
Abu Dhabi Civil Defence requires that every electronic access door has a clear emergency override. We wire every install with:
- A break-glass exit button at the door for instant manual release
- A fire-alarm relay so doors fail-safe (unlock automatically) on alarm
- A motorised lock or magnetic lock rated for the door type (timber, glass, metal)
- UPS backup so a power cut doesn't lock people in

Office vs Villa vs Warehouse Setup
Offices: One reader at the main door, optional second at the server room. We integrate with your existing HR system or export attendance to Excel. Most Abu Dhabi offices want a simple "in/out" report at month-end, not full HR integration.
Villas: One reader at the main gate or front door, with a second indoor unit for the staff entrance. We add a doorbell intercom if you don't already have one.
Warehouses: Multi-door setup with anti-passback (so a worker can't lend their finger to someone else), shift-based time zones, and integration with the CCTV system so every door event is recorded on video.

Timing and Pricing
A single-door office or villa system is typically 4 to 6 hours of work and starts at around AED 1,500 to 2,800 fully fitted, depending on the device and lock type. Multi-door warehouse installs are quoted per site after a survey. We give a fixed quote, not a "starting from" — no surprises on the invoice.
