CCTV & security systems in Dubai Production City
Print halls, media offices and towers in Dubai Production City
Dubai Production City, still widely known by its old name IMPZ, was set up for printing, publishing and media production. Today it mixes print and packaging units, media and creative offices, light-industrial premises and a cluster of residential towers with shops at ground level. CCTV camera installation in Dubai Production City covers all of that, often within a few streets.
Each building type needs a different plan: a press hall is about stock, machines and dispatch; a tower is about residents, parking and shared facilities.
Installations by building type
- Print and packaging units: press hall overview, paper and finished-goods stock, and the dispatch door, in housings that keep paper dust out.
- Media and creative offices: entrances, reception and equipment rooms, with office surveillance designed around how the team works.
- Server and edit rooms recorded at the door, linked to access control logs.
- Residential towers: lobbies, lifts, parking levels, pools and gyms for the building manager.
- Ground-floor shops and cafes: counters, entrances and stock, with POS available from the same team.
Cabling and network for IP cameras
Modern systems are IP, so the camera network needs planning: PoE switches with enough power, separate network segments for cameras and staff, and clean racks. Our networking and structured cabling service handles that in the same project, and the result is easier to maintain later.
SIRA before you plan
Commercial and industrial premises in Dubai fall under SIRA requirements depending on the activity. Read our SIRA CCTV requirements guide before you plan, and talk to us about CCTV maintenance and repair in Dubai Production City once the system is live.
