Discovery Gardens is one of Nakheel's older communities, next to Ibn Battuta: low-rise apartment buildings grouped in themed clusters, surrounded by greenery and landscaping. The buildings have been lived in for well over a decade, and many still run the camera systems they opened with. Trees now block our building cameras. Is cutting them the only option?
No. Usually we move or raise the camera, or change the lens, so the landscaping stays.
Is it worth replacing the whole system at once?
Not always. We often replace the recorder and the worst cameras first, then the rest as budget allows.
Do you work for management companies, not only owners?
Yes. We report to whoever holds the contract, and give the building owner the admin details.
