Yes, though agree with your landlord first on who pays, because the system is usually theirs. We can send the findings to both of you.
Do you send a CCTV technician to the villa, or do we bring the recorder to you?
We come to you. A technician visits the villa on a scheduled date, like all our Dubai work, tests the whole system and repairs on site where possible.
Should we replace an eight-year-old system?
Not automatically. If the cameras still give usable images, a new disk and a modern recorder often bring it back. We tell you honestly when replacement is the cheaper route.
