CCTV & security systems in Al Taawun
High-rise living in Al Taawun: start with the network
Al Taawun is a high-rise residential area of Sharjah, with tall apartment towers, family flats and the shops and services that come with them. Up here the camera is rarely the hard part. Thick concrete walls, a router in the wrong corner and a crowded WiFi band are what make home cameras drop out. So CCTV camera installation in Al Taawun usually starts with a look at the apartment network, then the cameras, then the phone app.
What we set up in Al Taawun apartments
- Apartment WiFi done properly: router placement, a mesh point or a cabled access point, so cameras and phones stay connected in every room. The same team handles networking and cabling.
- Wired PoE cameras where cable can run, through existing conduits or neat trunking, for the entrance and anywhere reliability matters most.
- Compact indoor cameras for living areas, scheduled to record only while the flat is empty.
- IP video intercom at the apartment door, answered on your phone even when you are out.
- A small recorder or memory-card storage, sized to keep the number of days you actually need.
Whole-tower systems
For owners and management companies we also install building systems: lobby, lifts, car parks and service areas, recorded centrally and designed around Sharjah Police CCTV requirements for shared and commercial spaces. Residents' privacy is part of the design, so cameras stay on common areas only.
Common questions
My WiFi camera keeps going offline. Is it faulty?
Usually not. The cause is often weak signal through concrete or a congested 2.4 GHz band. Moving the router, adding an access point or wiring the camera fixes most cases.
Can you install on a high floor without disturbing the neighbours?
Yes. Apartment jobs are mostly indoor work finished in a few hours, with any drilling kept to agreed times. We cover floors and furniture while working and leave the flat clean.
What about CCTV repair or maintenance in Al Taawun later?
We offer paid visits or an annual contract, and contract customers get priority scheduling for faults.
